This blog explores analyzing Reddit posts using LLMs to gain insights into endometriosis, an underfunded and poorly understood chronic illness. The project aimed to identify practical advice for managing daily life and preparing for surgery. Data cleaning and integration were performed to combine posts and comments. Embeddings were generated using the Nomic model, clusters visualized with Atlas, and topics named using mixtral-8x22b-instruct.
